We are delighted to present the award for OM Excellence for December to Ashley Huntley, Operations Manager at our Smiles 4 Kids – Boise practice. Since being promoted from PSC into her role as an operations manager Ashley has been able to accomplish success in her schedules and in her staff. She is a great example to her team, she takes great pride in keeping her accounts receivables in the 90 percentiles, she’s always pushing out of her comfort zone to get her doctors to give her more days each month or add more columns. She is a true example of an office manager who takes ownership and pride in her work. Every time you walk into her office  you will be greeted with a warm welcome and a smile!

We are delighted to present the award for OM Excellence for November to April Owens, Operations Manager at our Cookeville practice. April always goes above and beyond. Not only for her team but for her office as well. She is always striving to over produce and always sets goals to exceed budget. She keeps her office staff motivated to show exceptional care for the kids. She always turns in reports in a timely manner and meets all my expectations. The Cookeville office has had significant growth in the past year and her work ethic is reflected in the office. April is one of a kind and we are so thankful she is part of the Lone Peak Dental Group team!

Her support for the Orthodontic Line of Business is invaluable, and she manages accounts receivable with exceptional efficiency.

One of Lacie’s standout qualities is her reliability. She is among the few managers who diligently completes and submits weekly recaps without fail. Her dedication to following through on tasks and meeting deadlines is commendable, and she consistently leads by example, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork within her office.

She prioritizes their well-being, ensuring that each child receives the attention and care they deserve. Celebrating Excellence: Kambree Meudt Named September 2024 Operations Manager Award Winner!

We are delighted to recognize Kambree Meudt for her exceptional work and dedication as the Operations Manager of Chubbuck Kids Dental!Kambree has been a huge part of the start to finish of the Chubbuck office. She learned all there was about the design of the office, spent countless hours on the initial order to open the new office, spent several hours marketing the opening of the office, planning the Grand Opening and training the new team members.

Kambree took on this challenge after working at Tooth Town in Pocatello as a RDH and transitioned to the OM. She brings a unique advantage to her office by helping the doctor with scaling and anesthetics. Kambree has built a strong relationship with her doctor and team and motivates them to achieve all their goals. She has built a positive team culture and when you walk into the office the entire team is always smiling and greets all their patients with positivity.
