Celebrating Excellence: Jessica Thakoor Named Q3 2024 Regional Operations Manager Award Winner!

We are pleased to recognize Jessica Thakor, our Regional Orthodontic Manager for South Carolina, for her exceptional contributions and dedication to our ortho program. Jessica not only manages and supports the orthodontic operations but also plays a key role in training our staff across both orthodontic and pediatric offices. With her background as a former regional for the pediatric department, she consistently goes above and beyond to assist wherever needed, often traveling across states to provide hands-on support in Denticon conversions or new Ortho software training.

Jessica’s willingness to take on various projects, including handling accounts receivable and posting payments, shows her commitment to the success of all offices she oversees. She is always prepared to step in and help in any role, whether it’s as a treatment coordinator, an assistant, or even assisting with sterilization. Her adaptability and willingness to wear many hats make her a true advocate for the company’s mission and values.

Her problem-solving skills, ability to work directly with doctors, and innovative ideas foster a culture of happiness, productivity, and collaboration within our team. Jessica’s dedication to the growth and success of our staff and her continuous efforts to go the extra mile for her colleagues make her a standout leader and role model. We are pleased to recognize Amy Hirschtick, Education Specialist, for her exceptional contributions to our Learning and Development team. From her outstanding work on the Benefit Bite employee education campaign to developing the Kidsperience and Denticon training courses, Amy’s creativity and dedication have been pivotal in the successful launch of Lone Peak University (LPU).

Beyond these accomplishments, Amy has transformed Huddle into an empowering and engaging experience for all, creating a space where team members feel inspired and supported. As the creative spark and moral compass of our team, Amy continues to elevate our work and make a lasting impact on both her peers and the organization as a whole.

Celebrating Excellence: Kambree Meudt Named September 2024 Operations Manager Award Winner!

We are delighted to recognize Kambree Meudt for her exceptional work and dedication as the Operations Manager of Chubbuck Kids Dental!Kambree has been a huge part of the start to finish of the Chubbuck office. She learned all there was about the design of the office, spent countless hours on the initial order to open the new office, spent several hours marketing the opening of the office, planning the Grand Opening and training the new team members.

Kambree took on this challenge after working at Tooth Town in Pocatello as a RDH and transitioned to the OM. She brings a unique advantage to her office by helping the doctor with scaling and anesthetics. Kambree has built a strong relationship with her doctor and team and motivates them to achieve all their goals. She has built a positive team culture and when you walk into the office the entire team is always smiling and greets all their patients with positivity.
